Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in its original condition and packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or receipt

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If you choose to return your item for a full refund, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Alternatively, if you prefer to keep the item, we may offer a partial refund of up to 50% depending on the situation.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Personalized & Engraved Items

Please note that all personalized or engraved products — including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings — are custom-made specifically for each order.

Because of their personalized nature:

  • Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction related to selected fonts, engraving styles, spelling, or custom text choices

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details carefully before placing an order.

Production times for personalized products are listed on the product page and are typically between 10–15 business days unless stated otherwise.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at:

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Beauty and personal care products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • Tags and original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note that personalized or custom-made items are exempt from the EU cooling-off right where permitted by law.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
